How to put Michael Jackson into iphone

Hello,
I recently purchased the full version of mp4 mobile.
First of all the video is working and it's proper quality.
But unfortunatly the sound doesnt get converted very well.
This is when I try converting Michael Jackson'sAVI to mp4.
The sound is always slower then the actual video/movie.
So basicly, in a movie you see mouth of Michael Jackson moving, while the text is coming later. Making it very annoying to watch, which is a shame.
I tried different settings, but nothing seems to work.

Anyone got a solution?
