Bought Vista Home Basic English Sp Reinstall!

Hello,

I bought an Acer PC in the US. It was in English. Now I am re-installing the OS with the Recovery Disks and it´s re-installing in Spanish. True. I did try installing a Spanish XP pro parallel to the English Vista, but why should that ID the fact that I live in Spain and force the Vista to re-install in Spanish instead of English. I NEED it to be in English!!! Help!
