Pc pc cant boot on the start up

Hello,
i dun know why but my pc is not working.
i tried everything but it still doesnt boot.
regularly when i on my pc it gives a beep sound.
but this time it doesn't give that sound and everything is working all right
the fans spins,
hdd working,
my current configurations is
motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-8IPE1000-G REV 3.0X
Ram: Kingston 512MB
Display card: Nvidia Riva TNT 32 MB
Hdd: 1 SATA & 1 ATA
CD Burner
anybody please help me
i need my pc as soon as posibble

hi there,

please check the monitor cable

if well inserted on the graphic card

and what you mean by this term

"tried everything but it still doesn't boot"

please provide more information
