Antivirus Pro 2009

I have antivirus pro 2009 infected my cmputer, it has blocked the internet, so that I can't even get on (wired or wireless). I have ran syntamenec a zillion times and it keeps saying that there are no viruses. I understand that it's an invisible file, so I opened all hidden, that didn't work. How do I find an invisible file and how can I manually remove this devilish virus...Please please help me please!!!
