Blackberry 8703

Hello,

My son's blackberry 8703 is stuck on the opening Verizon screen. we have removed the battery many times along with soft boot. any suggestions?

Dear Sir,

You will have to remove the memory card, then restart it,

If the problem persists just get it fixed by a qualified technician or at a Mobile repair shop
