Hello,
my magicjack appears with note "error broken storage "please tell me how to fix it

I tried reformatting the MJ like other sites recommended but nothing worked until i went into the control panel and uninstalled the MagicJack application. When I plugged in the MJ, it installed the new software including updates and it works fine now
