Can't locate my pictures from my sandisk card

Hello,
i've recently boughta sandisk memory card reader. it has installed succesfully but thats it. it hasn't given me an option to open the files on my memory card, and i've scanned my computer to locate the files but can't seem to find them. can anyone help please ?

hi there,

go to my computer

double click on the device to open

or right click on it and explore

if doesn't work then plug memory to phone and remove the passwrd set on it

and try again
