Hello,
my computer keeps saying it has encouted a problem wen turned on and also says that a hard drive or cd rom is failing, it happened after ma mom slamed my compter on the counter would u guys plz email me wat to do?

If the computer was running when it was slammed into the counter it might have damaged the hard drive. It looks like you will need to replace the hard drive and reinstall Windows. It might be best to take it to a good repair shop.
