2 operating languages

Hello,
Can i operate a computer in 2 languages.
We are English - living in Austria and boys need to operate computer in german. Wife and I are still ludites so would still like to use English.
Dont particularly want to buy 2 computers.

You could buy a new German version of Windows and do a "Dual Boot" process. Where you select the version of Windows that boots. Google "dual Boot" to find instructions.
