I have a problem in my hidden files

Hello,
I have a problem in my PC my hidden files doesn't show when i click the button show hidden files and folders. When i use regedit it's useless, when i restarted my PC i found that it's not working! my hidden files are hiding again! could you please help me!!

Dear Sir,

If you know the path of the folder,

you can type it in the address bar and click enter.
