Hello,
my computer shuts down when i insert certain usb cables?i have downloaded the software needed for this but it doesn't seem to make a difference, i have also updated my drivers but this still keeps happening but it deosn't shut down with one other usb cable! can u help???????//

hello there,

Try installing your Chipset driver again!

Please use the software disc you got with your computer

If this problem persists just disable your USB ports on device manager then restart your computer

enable the ports again and restart again!
