Setting my computer to original settings

I have a dell inspiron 6400. i want to set it back to factory settings and i don't mind losing everything. In fact i want everything to come off the hard drive.

You start by pressing both Ctrl + F11 and releasing both at the same time. You do this when you First see the Dell logo.
