Speaker selection blank

Hello,

I have a Creative Audigy 4. everything has been working fine for the last two years, but my kids might have been playing with the settings son now when I look at speaker settings I only see 2 speakers not 5 like it used to. The speaker/headphone selection is blank and the drop down menu is blank too. I have checked the CMSS 3 D. I have also configured the windows setting correctly too HELP PLEASE. Regards Jon Frodo

You will have to re-install the sound software again!

This should fix the problem you are having
