DATE WISE OCCUPIED ROOM NUMBERS

Hello,

In hotel, I have Reservation sheet as below:
A)Arrive.......B)Nights...C)Depart...D)No. of Rooms...E)Room Type.....F)Room No.......G)Last & First Name........H)Credit Card Type...I)Credit Card No....J)Exp. Date....K)Authorization Code.....L)Special Request......M)Reservation No.

Above all are the names of columns in Reservation sheet.

I need another sheet showing Room type wise how many rooms are really reserved for different dates. Arrive and Depart are the dates of stay of the guest. So, from Arrive date to Depart date, a given Room no should be invisible from the next sheet. I will have a total Room list in next sheet. On depart date, the reserved room should be available, visible. (From Arrive date to 1 day prior of the Depart date reserved room should be invisible from the list of next sheet). Important thing is, many a time, we are not giving a room number on making reservation. But the Room type will be always mentioned in Reservation sheet while making a reservation. So, I need to see how many rooms are reserved for the purticular Room type on different dates (To decide about Room availability).
I have 6 room types. (DD, NDD, BNK, K, NJK, JK)
I will prepare that next sheet as below:
09/25/2009 09/26/2009 09/27/2009 09/28/2009.........
Room Type Room No. Room Type Room No. Room Type Room No. Room Type Room No.

At the time of making a reservation in reservation sheet, the Room Type and Room No. should come autometocally in this next sheet, for the purticular date. So I can see which rooms are sold out on purticular date. Also, I should be able to see the room type wise how many rooms are sold on purticular date as a total. Main Important thing is, some time we are not giving a room number in reservation sheet while makin a reservation.

At a conclusion, the next sheet should show how many rooms are available for purticular room type on purticular date.

A next sheet you can make in a new format also, but it should show me how many rooms are reserved for purticular room type on purticular date. And in case of room number given in a reservation sheet, which rooms are reserved on a purticular date.

Will be greatly helpful to me....please.
