hi
when i starts computer there a window appears saying 'welcom to new hardware found wizard' but i havent
attatched any hardware.plz help me

Maybe a driver is messed up you should check in your device manager if all your devices are working properly

when i click on next software for HID - complaint mouse after next it is installed and finshed. is there any problem with my mouse software???
