Problem with windows 7 start up

Hello,

I used my computer last night and when i woke up 2 day i get this problem which tells me my startup is corrupted wait until windows fix it. So i keep waiting but nothing happens ! What should i do ?

Try repairing it manually. If the problem persists, please consider formatting your PC.
