Removing jfagfa\bnkisysguard.exe from my PCClosed

Hello,
I have a program that wont stop running on my pc. I know it is a virus and it wants me to purchase antivirus software. I tried to delete it from my program files but it will not allow me to. 
It has embedded itself in as kaka://C:\Program files\jfagfa\bnkisysguard.exe/htmlMain.htm
Please tell me what to do to remove from my desktop.

this is what you call advertising to sell software. Just go to C:\Program files\jfagfa  and delete that folder.
