hi, the fan of the cpu was doing different kind of noise and now it stopped working..and my pc just freezes every time..i dont know where the problem is and am very confused with that ..some one please help me !

hi haiguys1,
the problem is right in front of u it is the fan and the freezes must be due to overheating so u should clearly change the fan before it causes more damage to ur pc,,,good luck dear;-)

Hi,
Turn off your power supply, touch the top of your case, and then try to clean the fan (dust...). Check if the fan cable is connected to CPU_FAN. Unmount it and mount it again, try with a new one.
As zefe said, if your fan doesn't work anymore it'll caue overheating and may cause damage your CPU. It's not that expensive (especially compared to the price of a new CPU :-)), and not that hard to mount.
