will not power on Closed

Hello,
i have acer aspire 6530 laptop that i bought only a month ago. when i try to turn it on the lights light up for a few seconds then turn off again(fan as well) it continues on/off until i push the power button again. the screen is black its not booting up. what do  u think the problem is.thanks

Hi there,

your laptop is overheating

please use a laptop stand or cooler pad

avoid putting it on covered surfaces that blocks the ventilation like on bed

its not working at all no start up screen no nothing when push the power button just  the lights come on. my friend said it might be the hard drive.
