Problem with 5.1 channel speaker system

Hello,
After few days back , i unplugged the speakers(including the three jacks which are connected to the cpu) jack from my 5.1 channel home theatre system... and then replugged in the right way as it was earlier. Then i found that in the realtek application (which is in the right corner of the screen) in - Audio I/O only two of the column are filling that is
Lb -Rb
L- R
_ _ - in these two places there should be C - Sub but it is not showing
Everything is ok all drivers are working properly. but i can't get any sound from any of the speakers..
confi - intel945gcnl , audio - realtek hd audio.
ANY help will be very much appreciated...
