Hi,
You can't "upgrade" a Linux distribution to a Windows OS. You will have to install it. If there are no files on the Linux partition that you want to save, you can make another partition and save them, or save them to a CD.
Otherwise, just boot on the Windows CD..
I don't know what distribution of Linux, but you could try to keep it.No viruses, faster to boot...
