Computer on ENDLESS REBOOT!! HELP PLS

Hello,
I'm not talking from the computer in case, im talking from a laptop.
Anyway, yesterday I was running Combofix to solve some of my malaware problems (councelled by a pro), and after it started running, there was a message named ''Rootkit'', also all desktop icons were gone.

I clicked on OK and then it rebooted, after it reboots, it is going all normally when suddenly after reaching the windows loading screen, it shows a blue screen in half a second, and bang reboots again, this endlessly.

Note: I cant enter none of the safe modes or last good configuration, reboots too.

really need help please help!
