Laptop screen is all black, no desktop etc..

Hello,
ok , this is not my laptop and my problem is that the screen goes all black when i start it no desktop no icons no anything but this program where i can get all the files from so i can operate explorer , other programs, messenger
still no taskbar no menu etc.. just pure blackness
HELP ME PLEASE

Dear Cookie,

Have you tried opening your system in safe mode?

Please try doing it and you will have your problem solved.
