Toshiba - Virus -

Hello,
my computer obviously has a virus. But I can't get to safe mode or anywhere else cause it turns on and off continuosly - with no chance for it to boot up. Literally turns on and off continuosly - screen never changes from black to anything else. I've been having problems all day - it has told me that it has dumped all physical memory - there has been a blue screen - i'm going crazy here.

Dear Sir,

I will advise you to make the best to scan it and to remove the virus. Otherwise you will have to format

it which implies that you will lose all the information that you have on it.
