well that used to say the same thing for me but i actually found out that my computer had restricted somehow. to check if it is restricted(which it might be)
click -tools- on the main bar
then click -internet options-
then click -security- then click the little button below that that says -sites
then scroll down and check if -www.youtube.com- is on the list.
if it is click on it ONCE then click -remove-
AND THEN U SHOULD BE ABLE TO ACCESS YOUTUBE.BUT IT WAS NOT ON THE LIST JST CLICK HERE TO ENABLE JAVASCRIPT
