I CANT WATCH VIDEOS On YOUTUBE !!!

i have javascript enable. i checked and it said its workinq properly. but when i want to watch videos online itsz sayinq that i either have javascript turn off or i have the old version of adobe flash player

my problem is that, when i try to update adobe flash player it wont qo throuqh. It's sayinq that IT CANT BE FOUND , IT CANT BE DOWLOAD BECAUSE OF INTERNET OPTIONS etc.

CAN YOU PLZ TELL ME HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE LATEST VERSION OF ADOBE FLASH PLAYER. I HAVE WINDOW VISTA. I REALLY WANT TO WATCH VIDEOS ONLINE.
