Having trouble with my software

Hello,
can you help me please. i'm having trouble using my sony ericsson K610i, trouble starts on when i open line the phon, they have trouble in software when i used it, its only intended for 3 to 4 days used the phone will be dead!! i re sofware many times but same as usual. please help.

hi there,

you need to flash the mobile phone first

then reinstall the system

i will advise you to take it to a qualified mobile pohone technician

and get it flashed there to avoid more complications
