Keyboard won't work (on-screen board works)

Hello,

There are a few problems showing up at the same time after I downloaded a video editing software:

1. My Acer laptop keyboard just stopped working (I have to use on-screen board).
2. Sound is gone
3. CD/DVD drive icons at My Computer are gone.
4. Web connection is gone.

Any advice from gurus?

i will advice you to uninstall or make a

system restore this will solve this issue
