Formating flash diak

Hello,
my computer can detect my flash disk but when i format it and almost to the end it reply's that window fails to complete the format.please help me with this

Dear Sir,

I will firstly recommend you to plug it in another PC and format it. Don't open it at first for checking what's saved

into it, just format it. It could solve your problem. Nevertheless, for your case I believe that there might be some

write protection on it and you shoudl remove it in order for it to format properly. It will be easy to remove the

write protection, no need to pannick. Get running regedit, and by getting through this path

MyComputer/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control/StorageDevicePolicies, delete the

Storage Device Policies. This deletion will allow you to format the flash drive now.
