Service.exe application error

Hello,
when i start my computer i get a message as given below and window does not open that is desktop does not appear it ramain dark black . MSG is "service.exe application error The introduction at 0x00000000 referenced memmory at 0x00000000 The memory could not be read"How to fix this problem pls help me
