Hello,
I have a HP Pavillion a 730n and my original power supply went out in it, and i had it replaced with a brand new Antec 350 watt Basiq. What do I need to do to get my sound to work again?

I would look for some unplugged wires to the motherboard. If this PC has both front and rear speaker jacks I would try both jacks. The front jack wires can get pulled when the five or six sets of power wires are disconnected.
Good Luck
