Why cant i use my map packs

Hello, I have downloaded all 3 map packs but now when I get online and try to play them its like i never downloaded them but i can go to my download list and see that they are downloaded can you help me thankyou

Could you specify what map packs you are talking about and please explain the trouble you are

having more clearly.
