Quick time download problem

Hello,

My daughter has an I POD Touch and wants to download I tunes .However we keep having problems with quick time

We run windows xp
#
I keep getting the message

C:\Programfiles\quicktime\QTSystem\QTJavaZIP.VERIFY THAT YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THAT DIRECTORY

cAN ANYONE HELP AS MY DAUGHTER IS DRIVING ME MAD

Dear Sir,

Please check whether this particular file is in the proper location and also check whether it

is functioning properly. If not, please replace it by one that works properly.
