Unable to complete Security download for AVG

Hello,
I have been trying to complete dwnld for AVG Free Anti-Virus. Keeps timing out and kicking me off line. Help? Running Vista Basic. Also tried to download MCAfee and while dwnld the Compatability Checker it decreased download until it stopped and kicked me off line? Does anyone know what is going on?

hi there,

use a download manager that supports resume

like idm ,download it from link below:

https://ccm.net/downloads/internet/4791-internet-download-manager/

and contact your isp as its connection issue
