Taskbar on internet explorer

Hello,
ive recently noticed that the taskbar on my internet explorer isnt appearing anyone has a suggestion how i can fix it please ?

By taskbar, you mean the "file, edit, view...", right?(actually called the menu bar)

My son deleted my menubar on internet explorer and now I cannot open pictures and print anything, and what is worse i don't know how to restore the menu bar.
can you please help me out.
