My pc got strange problem

Hello,
LAST WEEK THIS PROBLEM started to happend,it started because my brother just switch off the pc from the main switch.then another day when i 1st switch it on,it lets me choose (START WINDOWS NORMALY),(SAFE MODE),(SAFE MODE WITH COMAND PROMP),AND 2 MORE.where ii choose either of those my pc just restart.i hav tried many time but it still all the same.anyone can help me with this problem?????????????????????????????????????? and my os is windows xp pro

hi there,

if none of these options are working

take your windows installation cd, boot from

it and make a repair
