Epson sx600fw stopped recognising compatible

Hello,
I have an Epson sx600fw and is about 2-3 month old. I have run compatible inks on it and this week each of the inks has just stopped working and says that they are unrecognised while at the same time the printer says that the inks are full.
Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions/ solutions?
