Problem again with bluetooth

Hello,
My lop top has bluetooth inside and i can se icon blue here but how can I FIND ex. my phone and to send or recieve datas in my phone or lop top

hi there,

open bluetooth software on pc

activate it by making it discoverable

then same for mobile phone

then pair both of them by default password 0000

now you are ready to send and receive file from both
