How to do in excel

Hello,

if i write some thing in column A then column B automated generate the code (that i define) for that person.
just i need the name of person in column A and in column B match the name and generate code itself.

eg:
A1 B1
akram 4500
munir 4600
maqbool 4700
zafar iqbal 4800
habib 4900
