Drivers For hp dv6000 laptop for windows

Hello,
This is vinay, I had a hp dv 6000 laptop buit in with vista home primium and with a recovery partition.
I had installed windows 7.I want the drivers for windows7.
I can access the recovery manager at the boot to restore my recovery.how can i access the recovery manager..

hi there,

you can use the drivers for windows vista on it

or download drivers from official hp website on link below:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/

and for recovery partition

you will not be able to use it as you removed the windows partition

unless you made your recovery disks

For the drivers just run windows update and let it install the drivers That's what I did when I installed Windows 7 enterprise on my 3 year old HP DV6000 and it works perfect. Only thing I had to do was install the intel chipset driver before I let windows update install drivers, also had to install the HP wireless assistant driver for vista to finish out the installation.
