Lost Project Solved/Closed

Hello,
I have been working on my project since a month and mistakenly i just deleted it, i am completely lost for it took me much time, please help me, how can i have it back, if i don't get it i would have no marks for it and have a fail result please help this file is really important for me!

Hey no need to panick so much, you haven't yet lost the deleted file. It can easily
