Acer E500 upload recovery disc error Closed

Hello,

I have try to re-boot my acer E500 recovery disc no 1, and it gave me " Load Int 15 drive error", can anyone help ?

hi there,

your cd is corrupted 

try to clean it you will get instructions here:

https://ccm.net/faq/327-how-to-repair-a-scratch-cd

then reboot from it

this error happens when its failing to load a driver from the disk

Thanks for your reply, I have tried it but not working. Do you know any other way to reboot without the recovery disc ?
