Virus protection is turned off

Hello,
I have installed a new anti virus on my computer which is symentic anti virus. than i get this problem which is " I cannot turned on my virus protection", so the three main security has to be on such as :
1. Firewal ......................................................................on
2. Automatic updates.......................................................on
3. virus Protection......................................<NOT MONITORED>


so, would you please tell me how to turned on.
