Can't reboot after tring to get rid of cyber

Hello,
Got cyber security virus. Followed the directions to remove it. After running Malwarebytes it says to reboot. Rebooted the computer and now it gives me the optons of restating normal or in safe modes. No matter which option I choose it reboots right back to that screen. Help!!

Dear Dale,

I will recommend you to do a system restore to fix up the problems.

You should nevertheless do back up copy of your database before

doing it.

press f8 & do the restore using "Last Known Good Configuration".

Iveal i don't get your answer, Dale asked you for help and you thank him ! LOL anyways i guess you should try a few times before it gets back to normal !
