Please confirm whether the operating system that you are using is a genuine copy.
If it is not a genuine copy, updating might have caused it to be blocked.

i tried to reinstall it but i couldnt get
my dad always reinstalled it b4 wen it broke
i think it was firefox that broke it
we have 2 copies of xp
