Hello,
a few days ago firefox went into a update
so i hit restart but after i did nothing worked
so iturned my computer off and wen i tried to turn it on it freezes at the logo with the loading bar under it and wheni hit F8 to change the modes none work

Please confirm whether the operating system that you are using is a genuine copy.

If it is not a genuine copy, updating might have caused it to be blocked.

i tried to reinstall it but i couldnt get
my dad always reinstalled it b4 wen it broke
i think it was firefox that broke it

we have 2 copies of xp
