My windows defender just see it,help!!!!!!!!!

Hello,i have a windows defender,but i disable because vista can't remove it,then i have a antivrus,so i want to install the microsoft security essitenal*,but install process can't complete,has an error,it is because of my antivrus,or i should remove my antivrus before installing it????help me

Its always a good idea when installing antivirus software to reboot after you remove all your current AV software before installing new stuff. alot of antivirus programs wont install if it sees another program already on there
