How to Cool my CPU??

Hello,
How can i cool my cpu temperature.??
I don't have an ac in my room. its too hot.MY cpu is burning with the high temperature..It wont last long if its like this.. what to do?? please help

Its very easy man.
u dont need an ac.
there are many ways.
Try the software cpuidle...It will cool nicely.
