Msn Hacked password and Personal Details...

Hello,
Recently my game was hacked, so I changed the password on it. No big deal.
When i woke up today my password was changed again, as well as my MSN's password.
When i went to the msn website to change it all my details had been changed including my secret question, which oddly enough turns out to be chinese symbols. Can anyone help me please? MSN doesnt seem to have active people to help with these sorts of things.

if personal details and secret question/answer

has been changed then you have only one

solution that is to create a new account
