i m a cyber cafe owner i give two net connections my friends they take the net speed is 800kbps and my download speed is 60kbps what's the reason it is . plz tell me .

to increase your download speed 

you must use a download manager which will speed your download

Or you can use an internet accelerator like Internet Cyclone. I've used it and is quite good. You can google it.
