Unable to retrieve pictures

Hello,
I have a brand new Samsung GT-S5233A but when someone sends me a pxt (picture) I get a "define network settings" error message when I try to retrieve it.

I have tried to use the manual select option for the network instead of automatic, and I have also manually selected the frequency.

Has anyone else had a similar problem, can someone help me please?

I guess you have to configure your phone so as you can send mms via your network and for this you should check with your network provider.
